Assistant Instructor

Tom has had an interest in the martial arts for most of his life and has been training in Kempo at the D.E.S. Training Center for the past 10 years.  He received his Shodan (1^st degree Black Belt) in April 2002 and his Nidan (2^nd degree Black Belt) under Grandmaster Brian Hanson (9^th degree Black Belt) and Sensei Vinny (4^th Degree Black Belt).  Tom has been an assistant instructor at the D.E.S. Training Center for approximately 4 years and truly enjoys working and teaching the martial arts that are offered at our facility.

One of the best things about training at the D.E.S. Training Center is the flexibility of the programs offered. From various types of Fitness Classes as well as Self-Defense applications through our Kempo, Kung-Fu or Jiu-Jitsu programs, there is something for the entire family.
